This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Webinar Fuel, LLC (“Webinar Fuel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you access or use our websites, applications, and software services, including https://www.webinarfuel.com, https://www.webby.app, https://www.challengefuel.com, and any related applications, features, tools, or services operated by Webinar Fuel, LLC (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Policy.
Important Definitions
• Customer or User means an individual or entity that creates an account to use the Webinar Fuel software.
• End User means a person whose information a User uploads to or processes through the Services (for example: webinar registrants, attendees, leads, contacts, subscribers).
• User Content means any content a User uploads, creates, hosts, transmits, displays, or otherwise makes available through the Services, including webinar presentations, scripts, recordings, offers, landing pages, forms, emails, SMS/text messages, push notifications, and marketing materials.
• Communications means email, SMS/text messages, push notifications, and other messages sent by a User through the Services.
Who We Are and Our Role
Webinar Fuel is a software company that provides a technology platform enabling Users to build, launch, and deliver automated webinars and to send Communications to contacts designated by the User.
Controller vs. Processor
For personal information we collect directly about website visitors and our own Customers (such as account and billing information), Webinar Fuel acts as a data controller.
For personal information that a User uploads or processes in connection with their End Users (such as contacts, registrants, attendee data, and Communications), Webinar Fuel acts as a data processor/service provider, and the User is the data controller/business responsible for determining the purposes and legal basis for processing.
Use of the Services may also be governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) where applicable.
Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to visitors to our websites, Users of our Services, customers, prospective customers, and individuals who communicate with us.
The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Information You Provide
We may collect:
• Name, email address, phone number, company name
• Account credentials and preferences
• Billing and transactional information (processed by third-party payment processors)
• Communications with our support, privacy, or sales teams

User Content, Webinars, and Customer-Controlled Communications
Technology Provider Only
Webinar Fuel provides software tools only. We do not create, review, approve, endorse, verify, or control User Content, including webinar presentations, recordings, claims, or offers.
User Responsibility for Webinar Content
Users are solely responsible for:
• The legality, accuracy, and compliance of their webinars and offers
• Required disclosures (including advertising, earnings, health, or financial disclaimers)
• Securing all rights and licenses for content used
Email, SMS, and Push Notifications
The Services allow Users to send Communications to recipients selected by the User. Webinar Fuel does not select recipients, determine message content, or determine the legal basis for sending Communications.
Users are solely responsible for:
• Obtaining all required consents and permissions
• Complying with applicable laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/UK GDPR, ePrivacy, and similar regulations
• Managing opt-outs and unsubscribe requests
Sender / Originator Clarification
For Communications sent through the Services, the User is the sender and originator of those Communications. Webinar Fuel acts solely as a service provider enabling transmission.
No Duty to Monitor
Webinar Fuel has no obligation to monitor or police User Content or Communications. Any enforcement actions are discretionary and do not create liability.
Liability limitations, indemnification obligations, and acceptable use rules are governed by our Terms of Service.
How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to:
• Provide and maintain the Services
• Manage accounts and transactions
• Provide customer support and respond to privacy inquiries
• Improve performance, security, and functionality
• Comply with legal obligations
